The model TMZ-642 allows a process comparable to cam machines but has 6 independent spindles and guarantees a completely controlled and computerized production. The new multi-spindle machine is good for mass turning of parts as well as mechanical processing in series of excellent quality and precision. To improve the air quality, we have recently completed the installation of a new smoke aspirating system in our Rovato premises, which is much more powerful and performing than the previous one. It extracts the oily fumes released during the machining process of raw materials, especially in the phase of chip removal (brass, ecobrass, steel etc). We have just finished in our company a BLSD refresher course on how to use a defibrillator in order to safeguard the health of employees and collaborators. The purpose of the training was that all our staff, in case of a necessity, knows how to provide first-aid assistance. As per INAIL statistical data, out-of-hospital heart failure is accountable for about 60 thousand deaths per year in Italy. Designed to store any kind of equipment benefiting from the vertical space, Eredi Baitelli SpA has just received its automatic vertical storage lift system. The Kardex Remstar Shuttle XP has been placed next to the one already in use and is integrated in our management system so as to keep the workplace always clean and tidy and supervise in real time minimum stock or equipment currently used for production.
